Description

SoftXpand utilises the spare processing power of a pc by allowing up to 8 users to share one PC. This saves a massive 85% of the carbon footprint of the PC including the embedded carbon of manufacture and eWaste. This is no loss of performance and the solution is considerebly cheaper than conventional desktop PCs. SoftXpand was the winner in the East Midlands "Innovation through Technology" awards sponsored by Dell in 2009 and is a finalist in the Toyota Environment awards 2010
